I think that the cell would cause problems in the body and it would be deformed!

it probably wouldnt be a cell cycle

  3. alex 4th period on February 11th, 2010 10:13 pm

THe cell would be stuck as two cells.

  4. Becky Stewart - 4th Period on February 12th, 2010 10:06 am

A cell would have two or more nuclei.

  5. Logan Storey 6th period on February 12th, 2010 11:51 am

It would be smaller and all the organelles would be out of place.

  6. Natalie Seavers 6th on February 12th, 2010 4:48 pm

The cell would not be completly split

Cytokinesis is the process in which the cytoplasm of a single eukaryotic cell is divided to form two daughter cells. If this never took place, two daughter cells would not be formed.

Cytokinesis, is officially the process of division of the cytoplasm to form two cells. So, if this process didn’t happen then two cells would not form with the cytoplasm split.

  9. Kris L. 2nd period on February 13th, 2010 10:20 am

If cytokinesis never took place after mitosis, the cell wouldn’t function right at all.

  10. amari anderson- ortiz p.1 on February 13th, 2010 2:49 pm

The cytoplasm would not form and there would be no cell plate

  11. Tonya Heathington 1st period on February 13th, 2010 3:51 pm

The chromosomes would not have replicated, so the resulting daughter cells will not have the correct ploidy

  12. Brandon Archer 5th period on February 13th, 2010 5:52 pm

    the cell would never seperate.

  13. Abby Hicks 1st period on February 13th, 2010 5:57 pm

If the cytoplasm does not divide, the cell will not survive.

  14. Sophia Fos, 4th per. on February 13th, 2010 6:21 pm

The cell wold never completley split, two circular lumps of cytoplasm would be stuck together never seperating to form two cells, which would lower cell count drastically.

If cytokenisis did not occur, there would be one cell with two sets of DNA and two nuclei. There would not be two daughter cells.

  16. Ruhi- 2nd period on February 13th, 2010 7:54 pm

The cell would be one cell because the cell wall or plate didn’t form between them so they can pinch in two.

  17. Pamela Hussey-6th Period on February 13th, 2010 10:59 pm

If Cytokinesis never took place in a cell then the cell would never split into two

  18. austinhoffman5th per on February 15th, 2010 1:13 pm

    cells would never divide

  19. Noah Milchuck - 5th period on February 15th, 2010 7:31 pm

Then the cell would not form.

  20. chance fisher on February 15th, 2010 7:54 pm

If it didnt replace we dont know what happen to us

  21. grant butler 6th period on February 16th, 2010 4:19 pm

    it would not function right

  22. Devin Platts 1st on February 16th, 2010 8:55 pm

If cytokinesis didnt happen than the cell would not have a natural form and would not look right.

  23. Andrew Patterson on February 16th, 2010 10:19 pm

    Cell

  24. gabrielle covey 5 period on February 17th, 2010 9:51 pm

The cell would become deformed and wouldn’t function right.

  25. Zach Bennett 1st period on February 23rd, 2010 5:35 pm

they would not split into two

  26. Brett Baird 4th on February 23rd, 2010 8:36 pm

The cell would have gone through motiosis but would still be attached to one another.

  27. Rachel Whorton 2nd on February 25th, 2010 6:33 pm

The cell would ruined and deformed.

  28. Stephen Doran on February 25th, 2010 7:38 pm

The cell woulden’t split so it would stay one cell.

  29. Elizabeth Sanders 1st period on February 26th, 2010 10:40 pm

If the cytoplasm does not divide the cell will not survive.

Got something to say?
