You need to take the entire prescription because the sickness that you have may not be fully gone and you might feel better but your body has not completly gotten rid of the disease so you could get sick again. Your disease could come back and you could get even sicker.

Because if you keep taking antibiotics, your body will become immune to it. But if you dont get a prescription from a doctor, the antibiotics can possibly make you seriously ill or kill you if they dont have the same blood type as you.
