One kind of asexual reproducyion is buddying. Budding is when a part of the parent orginism pinches off and forms a new organism.

Fragmentaion is another tyoe of asexual reproduction. Fragmentation is when parts of an organism break off and then devolp into a new indivdual that is identical to the orginal one.

Regeneration is the third type of asexual repropduction. Regeneration is when a orginism is capable of regineration.

budding-happens when a part of a parent organism pinches off
fragmentation–parts of an organizm break off and then develope into a new organism
regeneration-when an organisim is capable of regeneration

  3. Brandon Archer 5th Period

Fragmentation- if a piece of hydra breaks off, it will grow a new one
Regeneration- (starfish) if a arm gets cut off, the starfish will grow a new one
Budding- they develop on the growth of the parent ( jellyfish)

  4. Fragmentation is when parts of an organism break off and then develop into a new individual that is identical to the original one. Budding is when a part of the parent organism pinches off and forms a new organism. Regeneration is when an organism loses a body part and that part may develop into an entirely new organism.

Budding, fragmentation, regeneration.Budding is when an organism pinches off. Fragmentation is a part of a organism breaks off and reproduce. Regeneration is almost like fragmentation.

  7. Binary fission – single celled organisms reproduce asexually

budding – Some cells split via budding resulting in mother and daughter cells

regeneration – when an organism or animal can regrow a body part. If the lost body part contains enough genetic information, it can regenerate into a new organism.

  8. Budding- when a single parent reproduces by growing another organism that will break off

Fragmentation- when a single parent breaks into pieces to create an offspring

Regeneration- when a piece of a parent detaches then grows and develops into a completely new organism

Fission — one organism cell splits in two
Budding — new organisms grow out of old organism
Parthenogenesis — an egg develops without being fertilized

Binary fission is where an organism splits itself more or less in half. Each then grows to a new fully matured organism. Some worms reproduce in this way.
Budding is where a small part of the parental organism is separated from the parent. This small part then grows into a fully formed adult.
Spore formation is where spores are formed in the parental generation. These spores essentially act as seeds, except that they are genetic clones of their parents. These spores then grow into full sized organisms. Fungi reproduce this way.

  13. Budding happens when a part of an animal pinches off.
Fragmentation happens when a part of a animal breaks off and develop into a baby.
Regeneration happens when a organism loses a body part and it turns into a new organism.

  16. Fragmentation is another asexual method of reproduction in which one single organism fragments itself into several small parts and all these grow individually. Regeneration is another asexual method of reproduction where multi-cellular organisms produce the same kind by copying their own format. Think of them as a copying machine. Morphollaxis is actually a regenerative method found in animals like lobsters.
Budding is also an asexual reproduction method which is typically found in yeast and hydra. The name is self explanatory where a bud is formed, which then separates from the parent to grow into an individual living organism.

    Fragmentation
    And regeneration

  18. budding- part of parent pinches off to form a new organism
fragmentation- part breaks off organism and develops
regeneration- organism looses something (leg) it forms a completely new organism
