THere are your triceps,biceps,and your groin. The triceps and biceps are located in your arms. the groin is your inner thigh.
(1) Voluntary muscles, which include the skeletal and facial muscles; (2) involuntary muscles, which are found among the muscles in the blood vessels, intestines, stomach, bladder and uterus, and (3) Heart muscles.
The striated muscle cells which is found They are mostly attached to the bones to move the skeleton and are fast acting and powerful.Skeletal muscles contract rapidly in response to messages from the central nervous system.Cardiac muscle differs slightly from skeletal muscle because it has a built-in mechanism to maintain the necessary rhythmical contraction independently of any nervous connections.

Voluntary muscles are also termed “striated” or striped muscles, because under a microscope they show alternating light and dark stripes or ridges running crosswise. Most of these muscles are long and narrow, as in the arms and legs abdomen and the back.
