stayed up too late
I would say you probably stayed up way to late. You could have worked out hard the other day and your body is still recovering. Sometimes if you have a big sugar drink you will have a crash and you will drained of that temporary burst of energy.
Maybe at night someone may have restless leg syndrome where the leg and/or limbs jitter or shudder during sleep causing disruption to the activities your body does during sleep. This would cause you body to work way to hard and you would be tired in the day.
If you feel sleepy during the day, you probably haven’t been getting the required amount of sleep you need.
Stayed up watching TV until 1:00 am
Are sleeping restless.
You need more rest or your diet is messed up, or lack of exersice.
If you were feeling sleepy, you probobly didn’t go to sleep at a good time.
You should go to bed earlier so that you wil have more sleeping hours in

I would say they probably stayed up very late the night before. Maybe they went to the gym the day before. Or are either sleepinq restless.
